Niacin - RBC NAD Activation

Indications:

A ratio of 2.10 - 2.50 is consistent with a mild niacin deficiency.

A ratio of less than 2.10 is consistent with a marked niacin deficiency."

Patient Instructions:

No vitamin B3 (niacin) containing supplements for 24 hours prior to testing.

Appointment Notes:

Sample must reach Biolab within 24 hours of collection. Last appointment 12:45pm Fridays, to reach lab no later than 1pm.
